Talent Management
A Message from Talent Manager Kelly Lamb
That Creative Loft Talent Management represents talented performers who are often overlooked due to rigid and outdated standards of marketability — including actors in highly competitive age ranges, performers entering the industry later in life, and individuals whose unique strengths deserve stronger advocacy.
My approach to talent management is rooted in long-term development, honest career guidance, and strategic positioning. I work closely with clients to ensure they are not only talented, but also professionally prepared, confident, and aligned with the right opportunities at the right time.
Talent is the foundation of everything I do. I represent performers who demonstrate genuine ability, commitment, professionalism, and a willingness to grow. My goal is to support that talent through clear direction, realistic industry strategy, and consistent advocacy as they build sustainable careers.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the entertainment industry as an actor, acting coach, and crew member, I bring a well-rounded understanding of how the industry operates both on-camera and behind the scenes. With a degree in the arts and years of direct industry experience, I understand the expectations casting teams look for — and what performers need to succeed long-term.
Over the years, I have helped hundreds of actors take their first real steps into the industry by guiding them through professional preparation, on-set expectations, career development, and industry standards. As a talent manager, I combine that experience with focused advocacy and career strategy, supporting performers as they grow, evolve, and move toward consistent professional work.
