On-Set Intensive
On-Set Film Intensive with Jade Yurich
Instructor: Jade Yurich
Format: Hybrid (In-Studio + Zoom)
Duration: 4 Weeks
Program Overview
This 4-week on-set intensive offers actors a rare opportunity to train directly with a working feature film director while developing a professionally shot scene.
Led by Jade Yurich—filmmaker, and creator/director of the upcoming feature film Roads—this program bridges the gap between classroom training and real on-set experience. Jade is currently casting Roads, providing students with direct insight into the expectations and decision-making process of a director working at the industry level.
Over the course of the program, students will work closely with Jade to rehearse, refine, and ultimately perform in a filmed scene. Rather than splitting focus, the program centers on one high-quality scene, allowing for deeper character work, stronger direction, and a more elevated final product.
Sessions combine live instruction, script work, and on-camera coaching, culminating in an on-location shoot in a restaurant setting, where students will apply their training in a professional filming environment.
